At Ecomflow, we generally do not charge storage fees for keeping your stock in our warehouse. We aim to support your business growth by streamlining fulfillment operations without adding unnecessary costs. When Do Storage Fees Apply?

Storage fees only apply if inventory remains unsold for an extended period.

No Fees for Active Stock

As long as your inventory is actively selling, no storage fees will be charged.

Dead stock Inventory Policy

If a product remains unsold for two consecutive months, it is considered headstock.

At this point, you will have two options:

  • Pay a storage fee of $100 USD per pallet per month for continued storage.
  • Arrange for pickup to remove the stock from our warehouse.
