For brands with a high order volume, we offer a very sharp, competitive and transparent pricing model tailored to streamline costs while maximising efficiency. Our pricing is structured focussed on volume to grow and become the market leader for D2C brands fulfilling from China.

• Setup Fee: No setup fee to start operations.
• Receiving: Stock inbound, packing list count is free of charge and part of our service.
• Storage: is free, unless there is little to no movement in orders / overstock (dead stock) we charge $10 per pallet per month for standard goods. Custom quotes available for oversized items or special requirements.
• Inventory management: we track your inventory on a bi-daily frequency with updates to make ensure your inventory is on track and good for scale.
• Pick and Pack Fee: $1.00 for the first item in an order. $0.00 for each additional item in the same order.
• Packaging Materials: Standard premium packaging materials are included. Specialty packaging available at additional costs, varying by materials and requirements.
• Shipping: Cost varies by destination, weight, and volume. Discounted shipping rates available through our network of logistic partners.

• Orders above 5,000 per week: 5% discount on pick and pack fees.
• Orders above 7,000 per week: 10% discount on pick and pack fees.
• Orders at or above 10,000 per week: 20% discount on pick and pack fees.
• Orders at or above 25,000 per week: 30% discount on pick and pack fees.

Additional Services

• Custom Packaging: Available upon request. Pricing varies based on complexity and materials.
• Return Handling: Local returns with partners or send back to the local warehouse, receiving and restocking.
• Value-Added Services: Tagging, Labeling, Kitting, and Assembly services available. Pricing depends on the specifics of the task.
