Overview

Keeping track of your invoices and payments is simple within your Ecomflow dashboard. Here, you can view outstanding balances, check due amounts, and manage payments effortlessly.

Understanding Your Financial Overview

  • When you open the "Finance" tab, you’ll see a clear breakdown of your account status:
  • Overall Outstanding – The total balance you owe across all invoices.
  • Current Due – The amount that needs to be paid immediately.
  • This gives you a quick snapshot of your financial health with Ecomflow.

Viewing and Managing Invoices

You can access all your invoices in one place, with key details such as:

  • Invoice Number – Unique ID for tracking each invoice.
  • Status – Shows whether an invoice is Paid, Open, or Due.
  • Total Amount – The amount owed per invoice.
  • Issue Date & Due Date – Helps you stay on top of upcoming payments.

Tip: Click “View” on any invoice to see the full details or download a copy for your invoice

Making Payments

To pay an invoice:

  1. Find the invoice marked Due or Open.
  2. Click View to open payment options.
  3. Follow the payment instructions provided.
  4. Once completed, the status will update automatically.
