With the launch of our new In-App Notifications, staying updated inside your Ecomflow dashboard has never been easier.
You’ll now see a notification inbox directly in your dashboard, and you can manage your notification preferences easily through your settings.
In this article, we’ll walk you through exactly how to manage your notifications and tailor them to your workflow.
📥 Your Notification Inbox
Once you log in, you’ll notice a notification bell at the top right of your dashboard.
Click it to open your notification inbox, where you’ll find all your notifications in one place.
⚙️ Managing Your Notification Preferences
You can now choose how you want to receive each type of notification: In-app or/and Email
Simply go to your Notification Settings and mark your preferences per notification type.
This gives you full control over how and where you stay updated.
👥 Admin Control: Managing Team Notifications
If you’re an Admin, you also have control over your team’s access:
- Assign dashboard sections each team member can access
- Control which notifications they are allowed to receive based on their role
This ensures your team members only see the notifications that are relevant to their responsibilities.
You can manage user permissions under Team Management → Permissions in your dashboard.
🔒 Role-Based Notification Access
Each team member can only manage and view notifications tied to the roles they have been given.
This keeps the experience clean, focused, and ensures that no one gets overwhelmed by irrelevant updates.
