Shipping address

Shipping address, consignee and telephone numbers could only use the correct information provided by the Ecomflow warehouse team.

送货地址

送货地址、收货人和电话号码只能使用Ecomflow 仓库团队提供的正确信息。

Inbound

For every client, our team assigns a unique customer number. Take, for instance, Brand A, our inaugural client wishing to collaborate with us. We'll designate "YOURBRAND001" as the identifier for all their incoming shipments to our warehouse in China. This method greatly aids in distinguishing each client's shipments.

入库

对于每一个客户，我们的团队会分配一个独特的客户编号。例如，品牌A，我们的首个希望与我们合作的客户。我们将指定"YOURBRAND001"作为他们所有来到我们中国仓库的入库货物的识别码。这种方法极大地帮助区分每个客户的货物。

Advise upfront

For any client or manufacturer planning to arrange a new shipment, it is essential to inform the ECOMFLOW team in advance. Please provide details on the cargo volume, the expected delivery time, and the tracking ID.

事先通知

对于任何计划安排新货物的客户或制造商，事先通知 ECOMFLOW团队是必要的。请提供有关货物体积、预期交货时间和跟踪ID的详细信息。

Packing list

A detailed PRINTED packing list is requested for each shipment with follow information:

Product image
SKU or item number
Quantity (pcs in total)
Cartons in total
Gross weight and carton dimension

Please help put product images if there are multiple SKU in 1 single carton.

装箱单

每个货物需要一份详细的打印装箱单，包含以下信息:

商品图片
SKU或物品编号
数量(总件数)
纸箱总数
毛重和纸箱尺寸

如果一个纸箱里有多个SKU，请帮忙放上商品图片。

Packing request

Each SKU in the package please do physical separation:

Could be separated by leather straps, wrapping film, independent bags (independent bags must be transparent bags, can be clearly identified from the outside)
Can not be separated by tape
If the SKUs in the package are not physically separated according to the above requirements, the warehouse will make physical separation according to the above requirements during the inspection, which may cause manual sorting errors and lead to shipping errors.

If a SKU in the package contains only 1 single product, there is no need to separate each single product (independent SKU).

装箱要求

每个包裹中的SKU，请进行物理分隔:

可以用皮带、包装膜、独立袋分隔(独立袋必须是透明的，从外部可以清楚地识别
不能用胶带分隔
如果包裹中的SKU没有按照上述要求进行物理分隔，仓库在检查时会按照上述要求进行物理分隔，这可能会导致手动分拣错误并导致发货错误。

如果包裹中的SKU只包含1个单品，不需要分隔每个单独的产品(独立sku)。
